WHEN:
The Gathering will be a week long event beginning Wednesday, Se0ptemer 29, 2010 and
closing Wednesday, October 6, 2010.
The property will open to Native American traders, dancers, drums, and campers on Wednesday, October 8th at 12:00 noon.
The Pow Wow will last three days, begining Friday, October 1, 2010 and
closing Sunday, October 3, 2010.
Scheduled activities will begin daily at 9:00 am with a flag raising ceremony and end daily at 6:00 pm with a flag lowering ceremony. In the evening after dinner, informal activities will include a trade blanket, movie, and more informal dancing, drumming and singing.
ADMISSION: FREE
A donation of non-perishable food items or new, unwrapped toys would greatly be appreciated.
